Vinification

The grapes are cryomacerated in a cramped environment and with soft pressing.
The fermentation is at controlled temperature (15-17 degrees) with autochthonous yeasts.
The wine is refined using clarifiers of vegetal origin (Biovegan)

In stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature

Tasting notes

Bright straw color, at the nose it reveals a harmony of pear, white flowers and citrus fruits.
At the palate is fresh and pleasant, with a soft white fruit
